Hey, more fancy words on a screen!
I created the first photo to fill a frame for my ivy link, or temporary little in Alpha Phi. We were tasked with creating a picture frame for our girl, but since I had never met mine before, we didn’t have any photos together! So instead, I found an inspiring sisterhood quote and fashioned the graphic above for her frame. Turquoise is one of her favorite colors, thus the background. The fonts I used were my all time favorites, Quicksand Book (light) and Champagne & Limousines, as well as CAC Champagne. Click the names for download links!
This one I just made for fun tonight from the lyrics in “Home” by Phillip Phillips (what kind of name is that, seriously?). I hate to support Mumford and Sons rip-offs, but the song is really sweet and catchy. It played non-stop on the radio over Christmas break while Austin and I drove across the states, so it brings back memories. The font I used here is called Villa Didot. It’s a really fun one to play around with!!
I hope you enjoy these!

Cute graphic, Regan!
I’ve always been a sucker for positive quotes in pretty colors and I just so happen to really love the color turquoise. Your graphic is really sweet. I’m sure your girl liked it!
Thanks for sharing the fonts as well as the graphics. I may or may not need to go ahead and save both away somewhere in the depths of my computer for future reference…
As for the second graphic, the colors in the font!
Seriously though, what kind of name is Phillip Phillips?? I’m guessing that one of his parents either lost a bet or had a really terrible sense of humor…your guess?
Despite how I may feel about Mr. Phillips’ name, I must admit that “Home” is a pretty sweet song that was all over the place recently. Looks like I’ll be having to save that second graphic as well!
Enough rambling from me though.
Hope your week is off to a nice start

P.S. Thanks for going through all that trouble to fix my issue! Here I was just thinking it was part of the whole me not being compatible with computers thing.
Yes, snag the fonts!! They are an absolute joy to work with, especially Villa Didot (it has so many combinations!). I’m guessing he has a REALLY bad stage name… let’s hope it’s not real. Seriously. And thank you for letting me know about the problem!! I’m pretty computer-confused as well, so I would have never caught it otherwise.
